Teenagers from 1st Northern Ireland Battalion ACF have been answering the call of the wild this Summer, taking part in an adventure-filled Summer Camp in Otterburn, England. While many of their schoolmates were catching up on their rest or marking time on social media, these energetic Army Cadets were making their mark with an activity programme packed with sport and fun pursuits. The Camp of challenge, craic and outdoor activity has made the Summer of ’19 one to remember, with new skills gained and new friendships forged. The cadet detachments will all be starting back in September and look forward to welcoming new cadets!
