Sergeant Rachel Wilson (15) Enniskillen, and Sergeant Ella Duffy, Omagh (15), were recently awarded prestigious City & Guilds Leadership Certificates after undergoing a special training course ran by the RAF Air Cadets and the Cadet Vocational Qualifications Organisation.
Both Cadets were selected to attend a two day leadership training course in Belfast where they worked with Cadets from across NI to develop and enhance their leadership skills.
Flying Officer Graham Dodds, Officer Commanding Fermanagh & Omagh RAF Air Cadets congratulated the two Sergeant’s on their success, stating “Ella and Rachel have successfully passed a rigorous and prestigious course to gain a valuable qualification.
Joining the RAF Air Cadets gives young people the chance to undertake and gain qualifications such as these that will be vital in later life”
