Ex MEDICAL CHALLENGE is a team-building event, using a combination of civilian instructors from the Belfast Activity Centre at Barnett’s Demesne, alongside military personnel from 204 (NI) Field Hospital. Teams of civilian healthcare professionals from the various Hospital Trusts took part in team building activities, in small groups, conducting both leader and leaderless tasks. All tasks were demanding, some physical, some mental, others a combination of the two.
The overarching aim of the day was to develop trust and group cohesion by exposing civilian health professionals to various strenuous and challenging activities in order to push personal boundaries, whilst having fun. RFCA NI Media Team were there and caught up with various people involved in the day, check out the full video below!
