It was an action packed day for the 25 participants at the Institute of Director’s (IoD) leadership training event organised by 38 (Irish) Brigade and SaBRE (Supporting Britain’s Reservists and Employers) at Palace Barracks, Holywood.
Assault courses, shooting, team challenges, camouflage paint – and some very competitive members!
One participant commented on her experience:
