Defence Relationship Management (DRM) have recently supported Connect through Service (CTS) in signing the Armed Forces Covenant. This commitment highlights their recognition of the immense value that members of the Armed Forces bring to the workplace. By partnering with Defence Relationship Management, Jason and his team join a growing network of organisations dedicated to fostering inclusivity and understanding for reservists, veterans and military families. We are excited to see the positive impact of this partnership and look forward to continuing our collaboration.
Commenting on the signing Jason Gillard, Connect Through Service said “We believe signing the Armed Forces Covenant should be he ‘norm’, not the exception. We encourage other businesses to join us in recognising the wealth of experience, resilience and leadership that service leavers bring to the table. Together, we can create a community where their contributions are celebrated and fully realised.
As directors of CTS and proud service leavers ourselves, Graham and I are honoured to be part of this journey, driving change and building a better future for our community in Northern Ireland.
Let’s normalise celebrating our service leavers and ensure their post-service opportunities are as extraordinary as their service”.
