Cadet Flight Sergeant Mark Woods of 1137 East Belfast Squadron has become only the third cadet from Northern Ireland to graduate from the Qualified Aerospace Instructors Course.
Mark has travelled to RAF Linton-On-Ouse in England every month for the last 6 months and has put in hours of hard work in order to achieve his qualification.
And all of his efforts paid off, as he not only graduated, but he received the award for the best student on the Linton-On-Ouse course, as well as winning the Air Traffic Control prize.
This is a fantastic achievement and very well deserved – our congratulations to Mark!
