Combined Cadet Force (CCF) Royal Navy Section Cadets from across Northern Ireland came together for a leadership weekend recently, with the cadets, who were all aged between 14 and 16, successfully completing their Junior Leadership qualification. The cadets taking part were from Bangor Grammar School, Foyle College Londonderry and Campbell College.
In particular, the cadets learnt about teamwork, leaderships styles, different learning styles and team motivation.

They got to try out their newly gained skills in various team situations, providing them with invaluable experience to take back to their contingents, schools and everyday life. They also had great fun!!
