Exercise MEDICAL ENDEAVOR 2025
Recently our Defence Relationship Management (DRM) team visited this year’s Exercise MEDICAL ENDEAVOR at Magilligan training camp. This is an iniative led by 210 (North Irish) Mutliple Medical Regiments, which brings together civilian and military teams from right across Northern Ireland.
A challenging combination of hands-on training; real world scenarios and the integration of Army Reserves and Royal Air Force Auxiliary personnel, this event offered a unique opportunity for several employers of reservists to witness first-hand the exceptional skills their reservist staff bring back into the workplace.
Darren Niven Defence Relationship Manager at DRM commented “We are proud to support exercises like this which continue to promote; the strengthening of relationships between Defence and employers; highlights the value of reservists transferrable skills and showcases Defence’s role in regional healthcare resilience. We were pleased to see a strong employer interest- reinforcing the importance of continued collaboration in support our Armed Forces Community”.
